Customer Services Officer
The Hastings District Council is currently seeking applications for the position of Customer Services Officer within the Economic Growth & Organisation Improvement Group with the Hastings District Council. This is a permanent position for 40 hours per week.
The role provides front line service within our customer service centre and also in the contact centre answering telephone enquiries.
We require applicants with:
Excellent customer service skills and experience
A desire to learn and achieve excellence
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong computer skills as the use of a number of different systems is required
Previous Contact Centre and/or Cash Handling experience is preferred
Our successful candidate will be energetic, open and adaptable to change, and have excellent interpersonal skills enabling them to work with a wide range of people.
